PRIVACY POLICY
By booking a service you will be asked for some personal information, such as name, e-mail, telephone number and passport number. This is information is collected for the purpose of processing your transfer or tour and for your insurance while your staying in the car and is not shared.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes to the date or time of your reservation must be made only via email with your written notification and a corresponding confirmation message from us.
For Transfers
You can have a free cancelation only if you inform us electonically (via email) until 24 hours before your reservation starts. After that time no changes of time, no refunds or cancellations can be made.
For Multi - Day Tours
You can have a free cancelation only if you inform us electonically (via email) up to 7 days before your reservation starts. If you cancel your reservation 3 - 6 days before the departure time, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel the reservation within 2 days of your departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee. After that time no changes of time, no refunds or cancellations can be made.
For Day - Tours
You can have a free cancelation only if you inform us electonically (via email) until 2 days before your reservation starts. After that time no changes of time, no refunds or cancellations can be made.
