For Airport / Port pickups, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. For hotel pickups, they will meet you directly at the reception area or the designated meeting point.

Yes there is a cancelation fee depending on the service that you have booked.For Transfers you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation starts. No refunds are allowed after this time.For Day Tours you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation starts. No refunds are allowed after this time.For Multi - Day Tours you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure.Cancellations between 3 and 6 days in advance of the tour incur a 50% cancellation fee.Cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled departure incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If your flight is delayed: There is no need to worry. We actively monitor all flight statuses. We will automatically adjust the pickup time and the dricer will wait for you at the arrivals hall with no extra charges.If your flight is canceled or missed: Please inform us as soon as possible. We will happily rearrange your transfer for a new time at no extra cost. However, please note that if you do not notify us and our driver is dispatched to the airport, the transfer will be charged as a no-show.
